Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the PinoyFoods Daily digital-content subscription offered through the PinoyFoods UAE landing page to eligible e& UAE (Etisalat) mobile customers. Please read them together with the subscription screen, confirmation messages and Privacy Policy before requesting a PIN or confirming a subscription.

1. The service and these terms

PinoyFoods Daily is a recurring digital-content subscription. In these terms, “PinoyFoods”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the PinoyFoods Daily service offered through this landing page; “you” means the customer subscribing with an eligible UAE mobile number. e& UAE (Etisalat) provides the mobile-network and carrier-billing services associated with the subscription. The subscription gateway supports the PIN request and verification process.

These terms concern this UAE carrier-billed web offer. They do not automatically apply to a separately distributed app, an app-store purchase, another country, another operator or another PinoyFoods offer. A policy displayed with a separate product must be read for that product. A service name or food image does not mean that a physical meal, grocery order, delivery or restaurant booking is included.

2. Key commercial terms

  • Service: PinoyFoods Daily, product ID 2016.
  • Operator: eligible e& UAE (Etisalat) mobile customers.
  • New-subscriber trial: 24 hours free, available only to new subscribers.
  • Recurring subscription charge: AED 3.15 per day, inclusive of VAT, after the applicable free period.
  • Renewal: the paid daily subscription starts automatically after the free period and continues until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: send C PFD by SMS to 1111 from the subscribed mobile number.
  • Commitment: no minimum commitment; you may cancel at any time.
  • Content language: Arabic only.

Read the price and eligibility statements presented to you before the final confirmation. If a screen or message appears inconsistent with these details, stop and contact support before proceeding. A technical error does not authorise an undisclosed tariff.

3. Eligibility and authority to subscribe

You must be legally able to enter the subscription arrangement and must be the authorised mobile-account holder or have the bill payer’s permission. The mobile number must be eligible for this offer and able to receive the required SMS messages. Carrier-billing restrictions, account status or other operator eligibility rules may prevent activation.

If you are a minor or are using a family, employer or shared account, the legally responsible adult or authorised account holder must authorise the subscription and charges. Do not use another person’s number, intercept their messages or enter a PIN without permission. Eligibility is not guaranteed merely because the page accepts the format of a number.

4. PIN request, confirmation and activation

Enter your e& UAE mobile number and select Subscribe to request an SMS PIN. This starts the subscription process. Receiving or requesting a PIN is not, by itself, a confirmation that a paid subscription has been activated.

Read the charge, trial, renewal and cancellation information on the PIN screen. Enter the PIN received for your number and select the confirmation control only if you wish to subscribe on those terms. The PIN is submitted for verification, and activation depends on a successful response from the subscription platform.

Do not interpret a loading indicator, failed request or general error as proof of success or failure of billing. If confirmation is uncertain, check the operator’s SMS messages or contact support before attempting the process again. Keep your activation and cancellation messages for reference.

5. The 24-hour free trial

The free period advertised on this offer is 24 hours for new subscribers only. It relates to the service subscription charge; it does not make your mobile-data, roaming or unrelated network services free. Trial eligibility is assessed using the subscription records associated with the mobile number.

The trial runs from confirmed service activation, subject to the activation timing communicated by the subscription platform. After the 24-hour free period, the paid subscription begins automatically at AED 3.15/day, VAT inclusive, unless you cancel. Cancel before the free period ends if you do not want the paid subscription to start.

Returning customers are not promised a new free trial. Deleting browser data, changing a device or requesting another PIN does not create a new trial entitlement. If you are unsure whether your number qualifies, contact support before confirming.

6. Recurring charges, VAT and payment

The service price is AED 3.15/day, including VAT. The subscription charge is collected through your eligible e& UAE mobile account, according to the operator’s billing arrangements. This may be a deduction from prepaid credit or an entry on a postpaid bill where the account and service support that method.

This is a daily recurring offer, not a one-time purchase or a fixed-price monthly package. For illustration, seven paid daily charges total AED 22.05 and thirty paid daily charges total AED 94.50. These illustrations exclude any free period and separate network charges; they do not replace your actual billing record.

The service charge is for subscription access, not for each visit. Choosing not to open the portal does not cancel the subscription. Any additional purchase must be separately disclosed and authorised; these terms do not grant permission for an unrelated paid service.

7. Renewal, balance and billing status

After any applicable trial, the service renews automatically on its daily billing cycle until cancellation. Billing timestamps and the status communicated by the operator or subscription platform determine the applicable paid period. Do not assume that the cycle resets at midnight simply because the offer is described as daily.

Insufficient credit, an ineligible account, a spending restriction, network issues or an operator rejection may interrupt activation or access. A failed debit, failed page load or temporary lack of access should not be treated as a cancellation notice. Use the cancellation method below if you wish to stop renewal, and ask support to clarify any uncertain status.

We do not promise that an unsuccessful payment will be retried at a particular time or that an inactive account will qualify for another trial. Applicable operator billing rules and your statutory rights continue to apply.

8. How to cancel

Send the exact message C PFD to 1111 by SMS from the subscribed mobile number. There is no minimum commitment, and you may request cancellation at any time. Retain the SMS and any confirmation as evidence of your request.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals when processed by the subscription platform. Check the confirmation message for the resulting service status. If you do not receive confirmation, or charges continue after a confirmed cancellation, contact service support and e& UAE promptly with the relevant dates and messages.

Closing the page, using Exit, uninstalling an app, removing a browser cookie, losing your phone or ceasing to use the content does not send a cancellation request. A privacy request or a request to stop promotional messages is also separate from cancellation. Do not rely on an email alone where the published SMS method remains available.

The SMS instruction is the service cancellation method. Any network charge for sending an SMS is governed by your mobile plan; these terms do not promise a separate SMS tariff. Ask e& UAE for help if your account cannot send messages to the short code.

9. Billing questions, refunds and remedies

Contact support if you believe you were charged without authorisation, charged more than the disclosed price, charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or unable to receive a service for which you paid. Explain the issue and provide relevant dates, the charged amount and the service name. Share only the information necessary to investigate.

Subscription and operator records may need to be checked before a billing adjustment can be confirmed. Where a refund or correction is due, it should be handled through the applicable service-provider and operator process. Do not disclose a banking password, card PIN or subscription OTP to obtain a refund.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse every properly incurred charge for earlier periods. Equally, no clause in these terms removes a refund, correction, compensation or other remedy required by applicable law or operator rules. A complaint is assessed on its facts; these terms impose no blanket “no refunds” rule.

10. Content and language

The landing page describes a portal containing varied content, including videos, music, games, Islam, humour, poetry, health and images. The offer states that portal content is available in Arabic only. The English subscription interface or these English terms do not promise an English-language content library.

Available titles and categories may vary with editorial updates, licensing and technical availability. A particular image or example does not guarantee that a specific title remains permanently available. A material reduction in the purchased service must be handled consistently with customer rights and any applicable notification or remedy requirements.

Informational, food, health or religious content is provided for general interest. It is not a personal medical diagnosis, dietary prescription or individual professional ruling. Check food allergies, ingredients and suitability independently before acting on a recipe or suggestion.

11. Access, connectivity and device requirements

You need a compatible browser, an internet connection and access to the subscribed mobile number for the PIN process. Standard mobile-data, internet and roaming charges are separate from the daily subscription fee. Your network plan determines those charges.

The landing page advises a healthy internet connection and warns that third-party blocking technologies can interfere with access. Browser privacy settings or blocked essential cookies may prevent the PIN session from working. You are not required by these terms to disable essential security protections or accept unrelated advertising tracking. Contact support if a required function is blocked.

Maintenance, connectivity interruptions, device settings or external network problems may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but this does not excuse charging contrary to the offer or restrict remedies for an undelivered service.

12. Mobile-number and PIN security

Keep your phone and PIN secure. Enter the PIN only into the intended PinoyFoods verification page. Support should not need you to disclose an active PIN by email or in a public message. Repeated incorrect entries or rapid requests may be limited to protect the service.

Notify support and your operator if your device or SIM is lost, your number is transferred, or you suspect an unauthorised subscription. The operator may need to secure the mobile account. You remain entitled to dispute an unauthorised charge; possession of a number alone does not resolve every question about consent.

13. Personal-use licence and intellectual property

During valid access, you may view and use the supplied content for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the functions the service makes available. Subscription access does not transfer ownership of content, trademarks, artwork, software or other intellectual property.

Do not copy, resell, republish, redistribute or publicly broadcast protected content without permission or a legal entitlement. Do not remove rights notices, bypass access restrictions, share paid access for commercial purposes or extract the catalogue using unauthorised automated methods. Any download made available remains subject to the stated usage rights and applicable law.

14. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful content distribution, infringement, malware, interference with other users, or attempts to obtain another person’s subscription information. Do not attack the PIN system, submit numbers you are not authorised to use, or circumvent reasonable security limits.

We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect users and the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or respond to an operator requirement. Restrictions should be proportionate and do not remove your ability to raise a billing complaint or exercise a legal right.

15. Subscription messages and marketing choices

As stated on the landing page, proceeding with the subscription includes receiving updates about that subscription on your registered mobile number. These may include PIN, activation, billing, renewal, cancellation or service-status messages needed to administer the offer.

Agreement to receive necessary subscription messages is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Any optional marketing must follow the applicable consent and opt-out rules. Stopping promotional communications does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; use C PFD to 1111 to cancel the service.

16. Personal data and the Privacy Policy

The PinoyFoods Privacy Policy describes the information used for number validation, PIN verification, session continuity, abuse prevention and support, together with browser storage and your privacy choices. It applies alongside these terms.

Submitting information to request a PIN permits its use for that requested step, subject to the applicable legal basis. Reading these terms does not require you to subscribe, and accepting service terms does not remove your data-protection rights.

17. Changes to the offer or these terms

The effective date at the top identifies this version. We may update wording to explain the service, address a legal requirement or reflect an actual service change. Material changes to price, billing frequency, renewal, eligibility or the purchased service must be clearly communicated before taking effect, with any consent, cancellation option or other protection required by applicable law and operator rules.

Publishing new text alone does not authorise an undisclosed charge or retroactively change the terms of a completed transaction. If you do not wish to continue under a properly notified future change, cancel using the published method before that change takes effect.

18. Suspension, closure and exceptional events

The service may be interrupted or withdrawn because of a legal requirement, licensing issue, security event, operator decision, technical fault or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where practicable, affected customers should receive appropriate information about a material interruption or closure and how it affects access and charges.

Suspension or closure must not be used to avoid an outstanding refund, complaint or other obligation. Any final billing adjustment or remedy remains subject to the applicable law and operator arrangements. You may still use the support and complaint routes below.

19. Responsibility and preserved rights

Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. e& UAE’s mobile account and network services are also subject to its own terms. Links to independent websites do not place those websites under PinoyFoods’ control, and their separate terms apply to activity on them.

Nothing here excludes or limits a responsibility, consumer protection, data-protection right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, these terms do not excuse fraud, misleading charges or a failure to honour a mandatory customer remedy. No automatic indemnity or arbitrary compensation cap is imposed by this page.

20. Support and complaints

The support address published on the subscription landing page is support@startinvcapital.ae. Use the subject “PinoyFoods UAE — subscription support” and describe whether the issue concerns access, activation, cancellation or billing. Include the date and time, service name and any relevant operator reference. Redact unrelated information from screenshots.

If verification of the affected mobile number is needed, provide it only through the relevant support channel. Never send an active OTP, account password, complete payment-card details or an unrelated identity document. If you cannot reach service support, contact e& UAE through its official customer-support channels for the operator billing or short-code issue.

For an unresolved telecom complaint, raise it with the operator first. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may use the TDRA dispute-resolution service, subject to its process. Other competent consumer-protection or judicial remedies remain available.

21. Applicable law, language and interpretation

Applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates govern this UAE offer, including mandatory consumer, electronic-transaction and personal-data protections where applicable. A competent court or authority determines disputes under the applicable jurisdiction rules. These terms do not require you to waive a statutory complaint route or accept compulsory private arbitration.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English and Arabic. The subscription landing page is available in English and Arabic. Any interpretation must respect mandatory UAE requirements. A difference in landing-page language must not be used to impose an undisclosed price or remove a mandatory right. If one provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue so far as they are lawful.

22. Keeping a record and contacting us about a discrepancy

You may save or print this page for your records. Keep the displayed offer, activation and cancellation messages, and relevant bill entries when raising a question. Reading or saving a policy page does not send a PIN request or activate the service.

For a suspected discrepancy, identify the wording and date concerned and contact the support address above. The published subscription facts, your actual confirmation messages and mandatory legal protections must be considered together; an unclear statement should be clarified before you agree to a charge.
